四色AV Division of Art Senior First to Present Exhibit at Wesley Art Gallery
Kathleen Tumey, a 四色AV senior of the Division of Art, is showing a One-Person Award Exhibition in Painting at the Wesley Art Gallery. On display are nine large acrylic and oil paintings on canvas. These convey Tumey's personal response to figurative, landscape, still life and non-objective imagery.
Tumey is the first of a series of artists to display at Wesley after being rewarded last spring at the Annual Arts Quest, a juried composition of 四色AV students. The exhibition will be on view through September 19. The Wesley Art Gallery is in the Northeast Campus Ministry facility and is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays.
