四色AV Continuing Education Offers Classes for January

The Division of Continuing Education at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will be offering several new classes beginning in January designed to appeal to individuals of any age and walk of life.

Start the New Year with something truly different--Belly Dancing. The ancient and beautiful art of belly dancing will be taught on Thursdays, Jan. 20-March 3 from 7-8 p.m. in Room 120 of Brown Annex by a qualified, international instructor. Belly dancing has increased in popularity throughout the world as women have discovered its health and weight loss benefits. Cost of the 7-week class is $60.

Classes as different as Chinese Calligraphy, "Smart Women Finish Rich," "Get the Dirt on Gardening," Pilates, Tai Chi, REIKI and Beginning Yoga, as well as the more traditional floral design, beginning drawing, guitar, watercolor painting, beginning bridge and business classes will also be offered beginning in January.

Parents can find help in classes on "Science Fair Projects--Tell Me What To Do" and "Social Studies Fair--Projects Galore."
