KEDM wins Addy Awards

The University of Louisiana at Monroe’s KEDM Public Radio, 90.3 FM, picked up one Silver and two Gold Addy Awards from the Advertising Club of Northeast Louisiana at a ceremony held March 23 at the West Monroe Convention Center.

“KEDM Voices - Men” and “KEDM Voices - United” won gold, and “KEDM Voices - Women” won silver as radio self-promotion campaigns. KEDM program director Jay Curtis and production assistant Josh Madden produced each of the campaigns.

Nineteen local media organizations and advertising agencies received at least one Addy.

KEDM Public Radio is licensed to ɫAV and broadcasts a line-up of in-depth news, classical music, and jazz, along with special entertainment programs from studios located on the ɫAV campus.
