Case Hanks is the new Atmospheric Physics Editor of the Central European Journal of Geosciences, a premier source of high quality research from Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to hot subjects in geosciences.
The journal is designed to provide an international forum for the dissemination of research data from various areas of geosciences and facilitate the exchange of ideas between researchers from different countries.
"I am very pleased at this opportunity to advance the science and make international contacts," said Case Hanks.
Case Hanks earned her Ph.D. in Atmospheric Chemistry with a minor Physical Chemistry from Georgia Institute of Technology, and her Master of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, also from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Toledo in Ohio.
