Activity Center offers "Stress-Less Day" May 11
Across the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus, students are no doubt under pressure as they cram for that end-of-semester ritual known as finals week.
But the ËÄÉ«AV Activity Center is working to reduce stress and re-energize students by offering a "Stress-Less Day" on May 11.
"Stress-Less Day" activities will include yoga classes, a special laughter yoga session guided by Dr. Sandra Lunte and chair massages provided by Career Technical College.
All stress busters will be at the Activity Center and are free to ËÄÉ«AV students with identification.
The schedule is as follows:
Yoga
10:30 – 11 a.m.
Chair Massages
10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Yoga
1:30 – 2 p.m.
Laughter Yoga
2 – 2:45 p.m.
