Health and Safety Recommendations
for Participation in S & W Z Fitness, LLC Classes
- Please stay home if you are sick! Its's best for you to rest!
- Masks are optional. Please respect other's personal space. Hand sanitizer is available near the bottled water.
- Please allow space to move between yourself and other participants and the instructor.
- You will be required to sign a new Liability Waiver before joining class. They will be available on the stage. It only needs to be signed once!
- Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when you leave. Used and empty water bottles can be disposed of in the trash can near the front of the gym.
- As with all fitness activities, only you can be mindful of your own body and how you feel. If you have pain with certain movements, try modifying the move to be more comfortable and functional for your own wellbeing. If you need suggestions please don't hesitate to ask.
- Being to class on time for the warm up and staying to stretch at the end of class will also help you avoid injury.
- Shoes that are flexible but supportive and able to slide and twist easily, as well as clothing that is comfortable and not too warm, are recommended for your safety and comfort. If you would like recommendations for shoes let me know. I can give you some suggestions on how to look for the right style.
