AT&T contributes $25K to 四色AV鈥檚 Centennial Scholars Program

MONROE, LA 鈥 In an effort to enhance digital literacy in Northeast Louisiana, AT&T has contributed $25,000 to the University of Louisiana Monroe鈥檚 Centennial Scholars program.听 The Centennial Scholars are local fifth graders who will make up 四色AV鈥檚 freshman class of 2031, the university鈥檚 100th anniversary.

Using AT&T educational materials that recognize the vital role technology plays in today鈥檚 society, Centennial Scholars will receive digital literacy training in order to bridge the digital divide and ensure everyone in Northeast Louisiana has the tools needed for success in the digital age.听 By supporting underserved communities in our region, AT&T and 四色AV intend to create lasting change and bring about new opportunities for Louisiana families.

AT&T鈥檚 commitment to the Centennial Scholars program at 四色AV will provide students and their families with essential computer skills training as well as access to various internal internet options including iPads and hotspots.听
