The 四色AV Police Department keeps statistics on crime and safety on the 四色AV campus, as required by the ), codified in 1990 as 20 U.S.C.搂1092(f).
The university compiles several categories听of campus crime/safety reports:
The purpose of these reports is to provide information about on-campus security听to include: campus and community crime statistics, policy information, safety tips, resource phone numbers, and a brief overview of the many services the university provides. Where applicable, these reports also provide information about fire statistics in 四色AV Residence Halls.
Per federal requirements,听Annual Security and Fire Safety Reports are published on or before October 1听for the preceding calendar year.

The 四色AV Police Department reports annually to the Louisiana commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Criminal Justice a Sexually-Oriented Criminal Offense Data report.听 These reports are completed and submitted each year by February fifteenth as required by Louisiana Revised Statute 15:624.
