Residential Program (Resident Assistant)
A听Resident Assistant (commonly shortened to "RA") is a trained student leader charged with supervising
a residence hall. RAs have the largest impact on achieving this goal through their
interactions in the residence halls. RAs are responsible for getting to know the people

planning activities to help students grow and connect, directing them to resources,
and otherwise enhancing the experience of living on campus.
The RA selection and training processes are usually quite rigorous and intense.听The Assistant Director of Residential Life supervises the Resident Assistants.听
